On a computer, the cart buttons open WhatsApp or Telegram in your browser — you do not need the phone apps installed. WhatsApp Web (web.whatsapp.com) works after you link your phone once via QR code. Telegram Web (web.telegram.org) works in any browser with a free account. UK customers can also pay instantly by bank at checkout. If you would rather not use messaging apps, email your order details to support@velocitylabsltd.com and we will reply with availability and payment details.

Pay instantly by bank (Open Banking) at checkout for UK delivery addresses, cryptocurrency via our secure checkout, or message us on WhatsApp/Telegram for manual bank transfer details. Payment must be received in full before we dispatch.

Orders paid and confirmed before 2 PM on a working day are dispatched the same day, subject to stock. We ship via Royal Mail. Once your parcel is handed to Royal Mail, UK delivery usually arrives the next working day.

We deliver within the UK only (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland). Orders of £250 or more qualify for free shipping. Below that, UK shipping is £8. You will see the total in your cart before you checkout.

Yes. Orders ship in plain packaging with no product names on the outside. Tracking is sent once your parcel is handed to Royal Mail.

No. All compounds are supplied strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research. They are not for human or animal consumption. By ordering you confirm you understand this.

Add a code in the cart before checkout if you have one. The multi-buy deal is 5% off 2 of the same vial, pen, or nasal line, 10% off 3+ of that same line, and 35% wholesale on 10+. Different products do not combine for multi-buy. Discount codes do not apply to wholesale quantities (10+ of the same line) — those stay at 35% off. Promo codes do stack with the Build a kit discount, taken off the full price. On everything else, multi-buy, codes, referral 5%, and review 5% don't stack — we apply whichever saves you most. Referral 5% and review 5% never apply on wholesale lines or on top of a typed discount code.

Yes. After you leave a review from your order link, your next order gets 5% off automatically at checkout. It does not stack with discount codes, referral 5%, or wholesale (10+). If you already have a 5% review discount waiting, another review does not add a second one.

Create an account, then open Invite and copy your personal signup link — not a typed code. Anyone who signs up from that link gets 5% off their first signed-in order of £75+. You earn 10% store credit on their first paid order and any repeats within 90 days. The first-order 5% does not stack with discount codes or wholesale (10+). You cannot refer yourself.

A pen is a filled cartridge with the reusable device included. The reusable pen device (£35, under Supplies) includes the empty device and 2 cartridges. Pens are 60-unit devices (1 unit = 0.01ml) with a 3ml cartridge max. We fill each one after your payment clears, then dispatch — they are not stored pre-made. Open the pen guide on the Velocity Labs site to pick your pen and see how many units on the dial equal each amount. Open a product and tap the Pen tab, or use the Pens filter in the shop menu.

No. Pens are filled to order after payment, before dispatch. They are not sitting pre-filled on a shelf.

Yes. Pre-filled nasal sprays are available for DSIP, Semax, Selank, Melanotan I, and Melanotan II — no reconstitution and no pen device. Open the product and tap Nasal, or use the Nasals filter in the shop menu.

No. We do not accept returns — sales are final once dispatched. If a parcel arrives damaged or is the wrong item, message us with photos. That is support, not a returns process.

Vials: keep lyophilized peptides cool, dry, and away from light — typically refrigerated, or frozen for longer storage. After reconstitution, store in the fridge and use within the timeframe appropriate for your research protocol. Pens arrive already filled — keep them cool, dry, and away from light. Every vial comes with free BAC water. Use the reconstitution calculator under Calculator in the menu. Enter vial size, bacteriostatic water volume, and target dose to work out concentration and syringe units. Pens arrive already reconstituted — do not add BAC water. Open the Velocity Labs pen guide to see fill volume and how many units on the 60-unit dial equal each amount. For laboratory planning only.

No — guest checkout is always available. Create a free account to see past orders, save delivery details for next time, and reset your password. Store credit and friend invites only apply if you are signed in. We’ll email a 6-digit code to confirm new accounts, and again if you sign in from a browser we don’t recognise. We link orders by delivery email. You can still track any order with your order reference and postcode.
